At RadGirlDad, we want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and limited-edition drops are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, please start a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover the shipping and make it right.
